Description

The KYD-1080 NEW Semi-Auto Stripping & Blanking Machine is engineered to solve the most challenging post-die-cut waste removal for plastic materials – including blister cards, transparent plastic boxes, IML containers, plastic hangers, and PVC/PET packaging. Unlike traditional methods that risk scratching or deforming plastics, our patented upper/lower pin system applies controlled pressure only on waste areas, leaving finished products pristine.

For plastic & blister packs: Precision pins + rubber heads protect glossy surfaces from scratches.

One-pass complete waste removal: Stripping & blanking in single cycle, no secondary handwork.

No mould investment: Adjustable honeycomb pin system fits various box shapes, windows, aircraft holes.

Upper & Lower Pin System (Scratch-Free)

 

1.Upper pins (waste removal): Ø5mm × 500pcs + Ø3mm × 50pcs – rubber head  protects plastic surface.

 

2.Lower pins (product support): Ø12mm × 500pcs + Ø8mm × 50pcs – holds  product firmly during  stripping.

 

3.Flexible arrangement – honeycomb plate allows pin repositioning to match any  shape (windows, holes,  irregular contours).

 

4.Suitable for thin plastic sheets (0.2mm+) up to 80mm stack height.
